The new BRISLON® Angular Liner of Zahn Brush Company – Handmade in Germany by experienced brush makers

When using natural bristle the problem occurs that the brush looses shape after being used for a while - and especially when becoming wet. So the brush cannot be used any more for exact lines.
Our solution: the new BRISLON® Angular Liner made of synthetic BRISLON® fibre.
This innovative fibre offers you many advantages: It is conical, hollow and has artificial flags at the tip. Thanks to this it grants high shape retention and excellent liquid holding capacity. Because of the capillary effect the BRISLON® Angular liner is also perfect for liquid paints.
The extremely exact and interlocked painting edge garantees perfect performance with clearly defined strokes. The angular ferrule supports the shape and a constant stiffness of the brush head.
The BRISLON® Angular liner is completed with a high quality beech wood handle with very smooth surface which can easily be cleaned.

In May 2011, Zahn Brush Company together with 45 other members of the Environmental Pact of Bavaria - was honored by the Bavarian Environment minister, Dr. Markus Söder, for the longterm commitment for the Environmental Pact of Bavaria.
The CEO of Zahn Brush Company, Hans Zahn, was presented a certificate and a badge of honor for their commitment since 1997.
Environmental Pact of Bavaria (Umweltpakt Bayern) stands for saving ressources and for applying environmentally friendly technologies.

Zahn Brush Company – Open day 2011
Last Saturday, June 18th, 2011, Zahn Brush Company opened the door for the public.

About 160 visitors were interested in the new developments of our production process and took advantage of the occasion to learn from artists’ which – of course – worked with brushes mady by Zahn. A special highlight was the beautiful work of the nail design artist painting with e.g. one-stroke-technique.
