Dual-ended silicone and layering brush

Layering brushes are specially developed brushes that are able to precisely apply extremely thin layers of dental materials such as composite or ceramic. Thanks to their exactly shaped tip, they enable targeted placement of the material and precise control over the layer thickness. This is crucial in order to achieve natural translucency (= translucency of a body) and coloring.

We have now manufactured our proven layering brush series (D63092) - made of synthetic fiber especially developed for this application – with an extended ferrule in order to integrate impulse-generating metal balls to reach a prefect alignment of the brush tip.

In addition, we have added a silicone tip on the other end to create a practical dual-ended brush.

With this silicone tip - available in cone shape (D65092) and triangular shape (D66092) – dental technicians can apply larger quantities of ceramic on the tooth structure.

A further advantage is the easy cleaning as well as the durability of the complete dual-ended brush.
